Bishop Scott Skeens was appointed as Evangelism Home Missions Director for the Churches of God in Southern Ohio in September of 2006.  He was born and raised in Ohio and has served the Church of God in multiple capacities, such as Youth Pastor, Music Pastor, Chairman-State Youth & Christian Education Board (Northern & Southern Ohio ), State Music Committee ( Northern Ohio ), Ministerial Development Board, State Council, Pastor of Nicholas Drive Church of God,  House of Restoration Worship Center , and served as District Overseer.  He has also conducted various Leadership, Men's, Marriage Conferences, and is presently working on his Master’s Degree from the Church of God Theological Seminary in Christian Ministries .  He is married to his beautiful bride- Donna, and they have two daughters, Megan who is married to Nathan Turner, and Rebeka.  Pastor Skeens is an Ordained Bishop as a Church of God minister and his desire is to encourage, equip and empower the Body of Christ so they can fulfill the call of God in their life and ministry.
